Frank has been a director of John Temple Group since its inception in 2004, when it was originally a programming division of his award winning architecture and design firm Concept DG.

His vast experience and knowledge of the construction industry have afforded him inside knowledge to the challenges of controlling staff on worksites and a unique insight to the development and application of our software in any clients operation.

Paula has over 8 years of sales experience in the software industry, and has been instrumental in the development of Rapid Induct from its original non editable form to the thriving fully flexible system that it is today.

With a Bachelor of Arts (English/History) and experience in the Health industry Paula brings a unique “user focus” to all of the software created in the company.
Paula’s work with large firms such as BHP, Amcor, Mirvac and Origin Energy has been instrumental in providing change management mechanisms to assist them to efficiently engage their staff and contractors in technologically advanced education systems.
Recently, Paula has been the main driver behind the international expansion of the Rapid Induct product.

Mike Duffield has built an impressive sales career across a diverse range of products and environments, from sporting retail sales to business equipment & software.
